Two years ago WHS introduced Emotionally Intelligent Leadership into our leadership program in order to meet the growing needs of our young student leaders and student population as a whole. This session will introduce the concept of emotional intelligence, introduce the EIL model, and discuss how we have integrated this model into our leadership classes and school-wide SEL lessons.
