Identity exploration is crucial to Equity and Social Justice work. The ability to connect with each other, is to know yourself and your story of origin. Personal racial equity work requires a commitment to look for blind spots and staying in conversation...especially when it gets uncomfortable - which it definitely will! Learning and sharing our stories is how we find our common story of Humanity. We will share our personal journeys of racial identity, as well as provide tools and activities that promote personal reflection to assist your racial identity work as you continue (or begin) your equity journey.
