Susie Bennett cultivates culture in all areas of her life. From teaching leadership and growth mindset at Selah Middle School to facilitating student mentors, culture is the foundation of her work. Additionally, Susie serves as the Selah School District Culture Coordinator. The focus of this position is to develop a positive and safe place for students and staff to thrive within the School District. Deepening community connections with local businesses and organizations is another main emphasis of her position. Susie looks forward to connecting with other leadership teachers and activities directors at the WACA conference each year.
